Summer time is finally here.

Summer is here for most university students, I am not so lucky, I am taking a summer course. Summer courses are wonderful and everyone should take them. I am sitting here watching criminal minds and not doing my summer class homework. I have been thinking of all the things I NEED to do this summer to have the bestest summer ever. 
1. I need to go camping at least 3 times
2. I need to eat outside every day possible
3. I need to consume as much watermelon as humanly possible
4. I need to make banana mamas weekly
5. I need to go for beer and wings every wednesday
6. I need to eat a copious amount of Spitz
7. I need to go to American Eagle every other friday ( pay day)
8. I need to go and lay on the beach.. in Enchant
9. I need to go to my cabin every weekend possible
10. I need to make my own ice coffee to save money

11. I need to go for "power walks" on a daily basis
12. I need to have a standing dinner date with halma
13. I need to go hang out at the playground on a weekly basis.
14. I NEED to get a sweet TAN
15. I need to think of some new synchronized swimming routines to perform with the hippie.
16. I need to eat a peach berry pie
17. I need to make Kapa's with Halma
18. I need to take roy for walks
19. I need to run through a sprinkler
20. I need to spend a whole saturday laying in the sun. 

Summer makes me happy, is this due to the endorphins from the sun that are being sent to my brain? Or is it because everyone looks better with a tan? Is it because the sun makes you make bad judgement calls? Or is it because people are happier in the sun? Maybe its because I have the best job known to man kind? I think it might be because I can try my clothes outside on the clothes line, I love the way clothes smell when they dry outside. Or how good starbucks tea lemonades are, they are so refreshing I wish I had unlimited starbucks money.


Summer also makes me sad, I have to leave BC and that means leaving all my Loves behind,it  means leaving the ocean, It also means leaving my NOT loves behind as well, the HST and PST and high gas prices behind.. also summer is always over wayy to fast. and it always ends with me looking back on my summer wondering where it went..

Why hello!
I realize it has been some time since my last post. I realize all 3 of my dedicated followers are missing my updates. 


Some things have changed since January, although I still love James Franco, but I now have a new celebrity obsession. Hunter Parrish, this started when I got hooked on watching Weeds, I am 100% convinced that I am going to marry Hunter.. all three of you are invited to the wedding. 





I have completed 3 years of post secondary school and am going into my 4th year which is completely freaky. I have decided growing up is not always easy and I am not sure I love all the new responsibilities that come with it. 

I am looking forward to SUMMER it is the best time of year, my bestie and I have decided to start "power walking" and eating vegetables everyday, along with our weekly wings and beer on wednesdays :) So knowing the two of us, we will indeed go on "power walks"... in the mall, and "eat vegetables"... on our cheeseburgers.

James Franco is a sexy beast, I have decided to wait forever until he is ready to love me. I would sell one kidney and my appendix to be with him.. you don't technically even need those things.

Robert Pattinson is the man, not only is he fun to look at he also speaks to my soul and has the best voice ever..

Supermarkets and Babies

Supermarkets are frustrating.
Today I needed groceries so I decided a Monday afternoon is a perfectly suitable time to buy said groceries. I did not think it would be a mad house inside. Not only was I bombarded with pink and red and millions of delicious candy, which I am trying to stay away from! There was also easter candy! Its January why the heck is there already easter candy!


Anyway I was minding my own business I found all my goods that I needed and it seemed relatively not busy, hence because it was a monday afternoon!


I proceed to the checkouts and there are a million people, good thing I am sneaky and picked a good spot. I was lined up right beside a mountain of PAPER TOWEL. A lady comes and if I am vertical she came beside me horizontally in front of this mountain of PAPER TOWEL.  So since she was hidden by the mountain of PAPER TOWEL, the man who is lined up behind me did not see her ( he was lined up correctly might i add)  she popped her head around the corner and said I am in front is that okay, and being the nice gentleman he was he said yes for sure... He did not know what he was in for. 


I don't know what she was buying for, either she owns a restaurant( restaurants don't send women out to buy groceries, trucks deliver them) so that rules that out. So the only other explanation is she is breeding small children out of her basement. Her cart was Jam-packed full of stuff it was ridiculous. What makes women crazy enough to have more than 4 kids, all this food she was buying was enough for an army! AN ARMY OF CHILDREN. 


Today on TLC  19 and Counting was on, and they announced that she is going to have another child! This is lunacy, not only do they just slip out of her! But there are 19 kids running around, how are they going to support them all! they are going to need to rent Banquet halls in order to have Christmas dinner and celebrate birthday parties. PEOPLE ARE CRAZY

Tea Time

So the best part of my week has been Tazo Tea Time! I mean no one can go wrong with half price tea. I have to admit that I have participated in this " Tea Time" every day this week. I can't afford to not!


I agree that Tea is a social drink, and that it is fun to sit with your friends have enjoy a good cup of Tea.. key word being your friends, I don't care how friendly I look, if i am trying to read my very interesting history text book, learning about confederation, I do not want to be interrupted by your craziness and your man face. The cute old man beside me trying to find love on Plenty of Fish AND E-Harmony does not want to listen to your craziness while you wait for your weirdo husband. 


I am a very friendly person and love to talk to randoms, but TIMING people, timing is everything. I enjoy making conversations while sitting beside strangers on airplanes. I don't enjoy making friends while having a Tea Date with a friend while we are both trying to do our homework. 


Also so what that i didn't know Newfoundland was the last province to join confederation! Apparently i am the last person in Canada to find this out.. Good thing I am going to be a teacher.

Best Friends

So you will often find me saying "my best friend" this is because i have many, when i find a good friend they become the BEST I surround myself with great people who are also usually very attractive! Now you might think wow someone thinks they are hot. But i honestly believe we surround ourselves with people who we can relate to, who are similar to us, and who we find attractive. All my friends are beautiful people and i love them all.

Today my "best friend" is far far away she is in New Zealand, since October 1st she has been traipsing around the world and having so many cool experiences. I miss her dearly and cannot wait till she returns on   Canadian soil.... Also New Zealand needs to improve their internet it blows! 


At this moment my " best friend" is packing to make the big trip out west and become an Island women, she fell in love with a boy when she first visited and fell in love with the Island at the same time. It will be much nicer when she is closer... this is turn means we can continue to drink copious amounts of red bull, and make poor life decisions. I miss her lots and cannot wait till she is only a boat ride away. 


Right now my " best friend" or i like to refer to her as "little one" is sitting across from me. She is strong and beautiful and she understands my love, my need for high priced coffee and chicken nuggets. 


Ontario has scooped up my "best friend" and taken her away from me, she has a love for trees and nature I wish she was closer and miss her everyday.


At this moment my " best friend" is in our basement suite. I love her she keeps me accountable and is so smart and beautiful! She is one whom i look up, and sometimes we slap each others faces with household items.


I don't want to brag but if i continue to tell you all where my best friends are i will a) bore you and b) become diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and will not be able to blog anymore.

Things I have learned in University.

This is a list of things I have learned in my past 3 years of post secondary education.


1. When living in on campus you will without a doubt gain or lose at least ten pounds. You will gain if you eat the cafeteria food, and you will lose if you boycott the food and live off of rice crackers and peanut butter
2. Bunk beds are dangerous, and hard to get off of. Be careful or you could fall of and get a crater size bruise on your upper leg
3. Never let your boyfriend throw rocks at your window.. it may seem cute but rocks and windows don't mix... it will break and you will not get back your damage deposit.
4. If you leave tea bags in mugs and forget about it for a month it will go moldy and smell and you won't know where the smell is coming from until you find the mug!
5. Rice cakes.. as delicious and good they are when caf food sucks.. they also double as a stink remover. Yes it is true when your bathroom buddy goes number 2 at the 3:30 everyday you need a stink remover... use rice cakes it works.
6. When boys are not aloud in your room but you still want to play N64 put the controls through the window and let the boys play from outside while you remain inside.... this only works when you live on the first floor.
7.  My bestie would like me to include that no matter how dry your lips are... no matter what! Polysporin does not ever double as lip chap.. this will only cause much uncomfortable numbness. 
8.They always say turbulence has never caused a plane to crash.. remember this when you are being jerked back and forth in the air while flying over the rocky mountains. This will cause you much less anxiety.
9. Pick a good lab partner... don't pick an asian just because they are asian and you think they will be smart, you must first make sure they can speak english. 
10. When they tell you that you need a lab science to graduate don't just assume you have to take biology, chemistry, or physics. Take geography and save your self many hours of stress and memorization. 

11. Make friends with the card swiping lady and the ladies that work in the back and bake the delicious goods, so that when you are having a bad day they will let you have a fresh pic of the muffins
12. While living in dorms the RA drops off rolls of toilet paper outside of your door. Steal one roll from some of the other rooms... this will result in never running out. 
13. No matter how cute the boys are.. never agree to play RISK with them, this will take up a majority of your night and they will not just let you win because you are cute.
14. The crazy outdoors kids that set up the hammocks in the trees... you rock.. but hammocks are designed for one.. maybe two people. Putting 5 people in the hammock seems like a great idea until the hammock breaks and you fall through the strings.
15. Always take out your contacts.. 8:30 classes come early and when you hit snooze too many times and need to run to class.. you grab your glasses and forget about the contacts you still have in.. this will cause you to not be able to see a thing the professor writes on the board.
16. When your labtop bag rips.. replace it don't fix it with duct tape, when you are late for class and must run.. your lab top will bust out of the duct tape covered rip and bounce on the concrete, causing you to need to buy a new lap top.
17. People say don't live with your friends.. this is a lie. Live with your friends it makes for a ton of fun!
18. It is not wrong to think professors are hot.. not all of them are old enough to be your father.
19. When going to school in BC it rains almost every day... invest in rain boots, you will go through less socks and your shoes will not smell so bad.
20. Dominos has sweet pizza deals on mondays call them! 
21. Sitting on ping pong tables.. when you have had a few adult beverages... or sitting on it in general is a bad idea you will end up with bruises
21. Never pick a fight with boys and bananas (yes i mean the fruit) it will end up in your hair, and you will smell like bananas ( the fruit) for days.
22. Find out if your school has a donut day if it does it will make wednesdays much more enjoyable 
23. Trying to get out of the back of sport cars wearing a dress and ridiculously high heels will cause you to stumble and fall.. hopefully there is a nice looking boy to catch you
24. Playing the game "sex" (the headlight game) is never a good idea.. never convince yourselves it is.
25. Never leave underwear in your car especially "sexy panties".. they will be found and you will be mocked and never live it down... it will be brought up at every chance possible.


There are many more lessons to be learnt.. this will do for now. Learn from my mistakes and you will be good.. although all these things made for a good 3 years.
